Who is Pink Liberty?

Pink Liberty is an fashion boutique based in Calgary, Alberta offering clothing, goods and accessories for modern, fashion-forward moms, everyday girls and boss babes. Our style mantra is casual, everyday glam that is easy to wear and caters to the modern mama lifestyle.

Everything we choose has a bit of give, a bit of stretch because we know you play! We consider each piece’s wearability before, during and after pregnancy. Our bodies (and emotions) go through nine lives and clothing should be the last of your worries. We want you to have fun with fashion and live your best fashionable-self.

We work hard to bring you the best fashions, so you can relax and focus on what matters most in your life.

Where are you located? Do you have a retail store?

We are a local, online business based out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. 

Sadly, we have recently closed our retail location in Okotoks, but are happy to continue operating online.

Do you do pop-ups?

We occasionally do pop-ups and markets, however due to COVID, we are not doing any at this time. Sign-up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.


Do you offer local products?

We do as much as we can to offer well-curated products for our customers. Specifically, we know that having locally made products are important to today’s modern mamas and boss babes. We stock a selection of Canadian brands and local products where possible.

Hours of Operation?

Customer service hours (online store) are on regular business days – Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays—we play! Contact us and we’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours (or sooner).


How much is shipping?

For our Canadian customers – standard shipping is FREE on orders over $100 CAD. We are proud to offer a competitive, flat-rate of $8 across Canada for orders under $100 CAD.

For our U.S. customers – standard shipping is FREE on orders over $150 CAD. Flat-rate of $15 CAD for U.S. orders under $150 CAD.

How does your free local pick-up work?

We also offer FREE LOCAL PICK-UP for customers in Calgary. Simply select the option at check-out if you'd like to pick-up your order. Our pick-up location is in southeast Calgary. You'll get an email when your order is ready and pick-ups must be scheduled through our online booking system at least 1 day in advance. All pick-up slots are booked hourly, so you will have a one hour window to pick-up your order.

Can I get my order shipped quicker/expedited?

You sure can. There are several options at checkout if you would like Express or Expedited shipping. Visit our Shipping Policies for more information. Note that we can't guarantee shipping times during Covid. 


How long will it take to get my order?

Due to COVID, we are not able to guarantee shipping times. We use Canada Post for Canadian orders. Please visit Canada Post for more delivery information. On average in Canada, it takes 3 to 7 business days (sometimes sooner).

Shipping to the U.S. on average takes 9 to 21 business days (sometimes sooner). Express and expedited shipping is also available for a fee, depending on how quickly you want the item(s). Just choose the shipping option at checkout.

What is the status of my order?

Login to your Account for information on the status of your order. You can also check your email for order notification.

For pick-up orders, please wait for an email notification from us. Once you get an email notification that your order is ready, you will get a link to our pick-up booking system.

When can I pick-up my order if I selected Local Pick-up?

If you are waiting for a pick-up order, please wait for an email notification. We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up and you will be sent a booking link to schedule your pick-up. All pick-ups must be scheduled 1 day in advance through our online booking system. All pick-up slots are booked hourly, so you will have a one hour window to pick-up your order.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel online orders. Once the order is placed, we send them out for fulfillment. 


How do I return an item? What is your return policy?

We are a small, independent retailer and cannot offer returns at this time. 

We are happy to provide an exchange for store credit.

  • Canadian orders have up to 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange an item for store credit. 
  • U.S. orders have up to 20 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange an item for store credit. 

Store credits do not expire.

I lost my gift card – how do I get a new one?

Details of your gift card purchase and balance are found within your Customer Account.


Do you charge taxes or other fees on U.S. orders?

There is no tax for U.S. customers at checkout, however U.S. customers are responsible for any additional customs/duties, taxes and additional shipping or carrier costs. These are generally payable prior to release of goods.

Goods sent from Canada to the U.S. are considered commercial and cannot be marked as gift. Please review our Shipping Policies for more information prior to ordering.

Some credit card institutions may charge additional foreign transaction fees for U.S. orders and can range from 2.0 to 4.0%. Please contact your credit card company directly for specific fees. 


Is there a number I can call to talk to someone about my order?

Unfortunately we’re not able to offer phone support at this time, however we love getting emails! We’re awesome at answering and do our very best to get back to you within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday, closed holidays).

Sizing and fit may vary by product type or brand.
*Maternity fashions are designed specifically for pregnancy fit.
*Bump-friendly fashions are regular sized apparel that can be worn before, during or after pregnancy.

When ordering, we recommend:
Maternity specific apparel—order your regular size
Bump-friendly fashion—order one size up (depending on desired fit and length)
Tops
Measure your around your bust
Measure around the fullest part of your belly for waist sizing
Measure from top of shoulders and past your low waist/hips for desired length
Bottoms
Measure your low waist, plus hips and inseam

Natural Waist
Measure fully around the circumference of your natural waistline

Low Waist
Run a measuring tape 2 to 3 inches below your natural waistline

Measure along the inside of your leg, from below the crotch to just past the ankle
